Maybe it's time for a change`

IRREVERENCE. JUSTIFIED.

IRREVERENCE. JUSTIFIED.
BE IRREVERENT AND MAKE SOME NOISE ON THE COURT. IT'S JUSTIFIABLE.

Had bought a nike t-shirt with the following wordings on the front and back (some days ago). I was reminded of the incident whereby the saleperson asked whether do i need any assistance? My instant thought was "What s the meaning of IRREVERENCE?"

Of course, I didnt ask him ah` but instead I had checked out with the wonderful all-answers webpage www. answers.com and learnt that the word means disrespectful act or remark.

Imagine if I asked for the definitation of this word, I may think that the salesperson is commenting that I am disrespectful. LOLz...

Food Identify Mixed-Up

I ordered chicken cutlet for supper. But 3 of us couldnt differentiate between chicken cutlet and fish & chips...

In the dinning room, I opened a pack of fish & chips, and shared wif Alfred and Andrew as the portion was enormous. I told them, "I give you part of the chicken cutlet, cos I couldnt finish the huge portion lei." And they nodded their head in agreement.

Somehow or rather, they also shared part of the food, we then had a mixture of pork chop, fish & chips and mee goreng. That the joy of sharing, I suppose, to have more varieties of food.

As we were almost finishing our food, Sly entered the room, and kept mute when he realised that I had mixed up the western food. Shortly later, Koong came into the room then ask, "Where is the pack of fish & chips?" Sly then looked at my food`

Alfred, Andrew and I then burst into laughter as we realised we all had mistaken it as chicken cutlet! What a joke? 3 of us couldnt differentiate between the two western food. Or re we simply too tired then?

Nails in the Fence

There once was a little boy who had a bad temper. His father gave him a bag of nails and told him that every time he lost his temper, he must hammer a nail into the back of the fence.

The first day the boy had driven 37 nails into the fence. Over the next few weeks, as he learned to control his angry, the number of nails hammered daily gradually dwindled down. He discovered it was easier to hold his temper than to drive those nails into the fence.

Finally the day came when the boy didnt lose his temper at all. He told his father about it and the father suggested that the boy now pull out one nail for each day that he was able to hold his temper. The days passed and the young boy was finally able to tell his father that all the nails were gone.

The father took his son by the hand and led him to the fence. He said, "You have done well, my son, but look at the holes in the fence. The fence will never be the same. When you say things in anger, they leave a scar just like this one. You can put a knife in a man and draw it out. It wont matter how many times you say I'm Sorry, the wound is still there."

The little boy then understood how powerful his words were. He looked up at his father and said "I hope you can forgive me father for the holes I put in you."

"Of course I can," replied the father.

CPH - A leader in life

He emphasizes a lot on professionalism, the way we conduct and perform our taskings, whether profession or personal.

He never failed to enlighten the group with stories ending with encouraging morals, at appropriate times to spur the group's morale.

He reminded each individual that one lives for himself, not as a money earning machine totally devoted for work 24/7.

He is a leader in life, despite of his low education level.

Selling e-GADGETs

Is it a want or a need? At times, I do ask myself such question prior purchasing electronic gadgets. One reason is probably because of the price, and other the x-factor of becoming a white elephant on display.

Hmmm... did thought of selling them away, wonder re they any interested parties? And where can I sell them away at better price. If a friend is a interested buyer, I dun mind selling at friendship price.

1) Apple iPOD video - can sell at negotiatable price
2) Digital IXUS 430
3) Canon BJC-255SP printer
4) COMPRO 17" CRV - think its obselete liao, nobody will want...

the 'MOON' is taking effect

Sometimes I wonder is the moon giving out certain kind of energy that makes one feels down, moody and lonely? It is always late at such hour that one to feel low, or it is too late to wander around out there alone?

He got his warrant card`

hE, who is still in amid of his training, had been issued with his warrant card for 2 weeks.

I can sense that he felt delighted as it is his first time on a mission with his very own card, just like a strong character in some action-packed movie. Add some imagination, what could had happen? Hmmm... not going to elaborate it...

However, I felt a trainee is still a trainee. No doubt this is great exposure for them, but I do have certain conserves. For instance, who will be responsible for some misfortunate that happened on a trainee? Who will be responsible for a trainee's mistake?

Untrained and in need of manpower, is the organisation compromising such issues?

In search of fighting spirit`

I dun know whether should I continue to blog, whether should I continue to stay in this virtual world. To dot down every single moments of life on this "piece of virtual paper"...

But before I decided what to do, I will still continue to blog.

Life has always been like this, sometimes I have the determination to complete things at one go while at times, I am lost in my own world without any energy to do what I once deem it is best or ideal.

The only easy day was yesterday`
